Going down the stairs you reach the real ground floor with: large separate fully equipped kitchen with peninsula: dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, crockery; from the kitchen there is direct access to the porch equipped with dining table and chairs and the private swimming pool. To the side is a small outdoor kitchen. On the same floor is the third separate bathroom with double washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet with French window overlooking the garden. Continuing on, there is access to a laundry area with washing machine. The villa then continues with an air-conditioned annexe, united but separate in space: it consists of a double bedroom, a private bathroom with toilet, bidet and double shower and a second fully equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, toaster, blender and professional bar coffee machine.
